Rental manager / rental consultant / leasing agent

The real estate investment made by the donors is the fruit of a long reflection and important financial efforts. Seasonal Rental / Concierge

Located in the tourist area of Uzège and Pont du Gard, I put myself at the service of owners and tenants, rent and manage furnished apartments, houses, villas to accommodate holidaymakers. My assignments focus on the search for tenants, the drafting of leases, the inventory during the delivery and return of keys, the collection of rents and charges and maintenance of properties offered for rent. I complete my activity by proposing the small concierge service (various services to holidaymakers).

Transaction / sale of property

My role as real estate agent goes from real estate transaction consulting to that of the real estate negotiator. In my area of the Uzège Valley, from Remoulin to Pont du Gard, I always try to know all the industrial, commercial or tertiary premises, all the potential land to build and serve as a contact with the owners and builders concerning the mandate of sale (or lease). I make visits, negotiate, and follow up files until the final signature. I accompany the seller in his project and I value the value of goods to the fair, selects the buyer, assists the seller in all administrative procedures (measurement, diagnostics ...), negotiation to the realization of the sale. My mission also involves advising my clients on legal, tax, financial and, of course, customer follow-up.

Property hunter

In the service of the buyer, I accompany all the way through the purchase process. The purchase of real estate is still the main concern and the priority of the French.
